DELIVERY AND PICK UP

The product booked will be delivered at the address mentioned on the request form. If you are an individual you will be asked to show an identity document (Passport or identity card). If you are a company, you need to supply the VAT number.We can also deliver at the "Venice railway staion Santa Lucia" or at the "Venice Airport Marco Polo"(ask on request form).

DEPOSIT

You will be required to deposit a small amount variable. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your rental equipment after control.

CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING.

You will be required to pay the 50% of the amount of your booking(advance deposit).

PAYMENT

You can make payment for the whole amount or just for the"advance deposit" directly on-line with PAYPAL or through our bank's coordinates(require on mail). Your order will be confirmed within 36 hours from the received payment.

BALANCE

You will pay the rest of the amount by cash at the delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Go to Terms and conditions. To delete or change your reservation, contact VeniceBabyRental. Orders modifications have to be made via e-mail by writing to info@venicebabyrental.com or by phone at (+39) 388 8888842. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery there will be no charge. For cancellations within 48 hours from scheduled delivery will be charged 50% of the total amount of the order.
